He developed a fever and coughs on Feb 18 and did not go to work on that day. On Feb 18 night, he attended a gathering at Star Seafood Restaurant in Sai Ying Pun, Western District. His wife and mother-in-law have also shown symptoms.

Patient attended a gathering with other 59 Police officers in Sai Ying Pun around 5.30pm to 10pm on Feb 18. 36 of them worked in Aberdeen District on Feb 20 and the other 23 were working in other Eastern Districts as well as in Commercial Crime Bureau. The 59 officers have been suspended from duty and stay home waiting for quarantine arrangement.
